Hoppy Easter

At Meljen Designs challenge was to use a digital image and anything goes, so I used this sweet little bunny, Fluffy Bunny and my Studio G Alphabets to make this sweet little card. I love Meljen Designs and as soon as the computer is fixed so that I don't lose all my digitals I am going to get more from her!!

Card Positioning Systems 258

I have been busy this week and slowly putting some cards together. I had fun with the sketch this week at Card Positioning Systems.
I turned the sketch on its side because I really liked the chevron paper from DCWV - Nana's Kids and thought this sweet little Hero Arts Poison Arrow Frog would be cute. I added some flies from a CTMH stap set called Fun Times and the red fibers across the top hiding the flies.

Mo's Digital Challenge 127 - Bling It On

At Mo's Digital Challenge blog the challenge was to Bling It On!! Add bling to a Mo's Digital Image. I used Sumpin's Wrong and put green pants and a pink shirt on the baby, added Fancy Florish Die-Namics from MFT and some pink and rose skittles with the brown polka dot ribbon. This is alot of bling for me, since I usually forget I have any bling!!

A little lamb!!

Today, while surfing around, I found a challenge to use only color on your image and the rest white. It was from Meljen's Designs. I used a digital stamp of a sweet little lamb. Used my Floral Fantasy cuttlebug folder, the small dotted swiss folder and a Martha Stewart punch and some white offray ribbon. I think it turned out so sweet. I am getting Easter cards done for all the little ones for Easter Day.

Unscripted Sketch 150

This weeks Unscripted Sketch was one that had me thinking!! I wanted to do it fancy and frilly, but I just couldn't find the frills!!! LOL So, I did it simply! I used a stamp from Stampin' Up that I love, with the hollyhocks and flowers around this sweet little girl. The ric-rak is Tulip from CTMH, the paper is some I have had for a while and the big layered flower is a bling I have been holding on to. The piggyback challenge was to use green, so I colored the leaves and the grass green!!!

CPS 257 - A little hot rod!!

The sketch challenge at Card Positioning Systems was fun.
I have been trying to make male cards so I have a stash of them since I have lots of nephews and brother-in-laws! I took the 1956 Chevy Truck stamp from Clear Dollar Stamps added some 'tire strips' using Echo Park Paper Metropolitan Dots and Stripes. I used Making Memories Cosmopolitan collection for the rest of the papers and then Denim Bakers Twine from Ribbon Carousel.

A card, and an update

Here's a fuzzy bunny card. I used some Fun Flock on his ears and body. This is one of Katie's stamp from Clear Dollar stamps. I haven't been making cards the last few days as my extra time has been spent working on a baby quilt for a friends daughter - I can't share it because I don't want her to see it until her baby shower!! I am hoping to get all the little kids' Easter cards done soon, so hopefully I will be able to share more cards soon!!

Unscripted Challenge 149, ooops I did it wrong!!

This is the card I did for the Unscripted Challenge, but I forgot to do the front right edge, so I guess I won't put it in the challenge. Oh well, it was a fun card, as I really want rubber boots like this!!! The rubberboot stamp is from Clear Dollar stamps and borrowed from Katie's tubs of stamps!! (Thanks Kevin).

Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger

Tuesday Trigger at Moxie Fab is a great color scheme! I needed to get some Thank you cards made so I used my new Lawn Fawn - Many Thanks set, the MFT Die-namics fancy florish and my Heart Circles to go with one of my favorite paper stacks - Linen Closet. I added some CTMH blush ribbon, some half pearls and a rose button to finish it off.

There She Goes TSG146 Tag It!

At the There She Goes Clear Stamps Blog, the challenge was tags and that made me get the tags done that I wanted to use for our eggs. We have 11 hens, all named, averaging 9 eggs a day and we give our eggs away. I have wanted to get some tags done for fun to add to the egg cartons before they go off to our friends and family. So, I pulled out some tags and some Debbie Mumm egg paper from the Nursery Rhyme line and the LOL Taglines stamp set, using the egg and the sentiments. I colored the eggs the colors we get!! Yep, we get blue eggs from Rockstar!!

Card Positioning Systems Sketch 255

Card Positioning Sketch this week was a great one. I wasn't sure what I was going to do, but I took the Great Impressions stamp F392-Old cars and stamped them individually, than cut them out with my circle nestibilities. I love old hot rods and since I have one of my own - 1969 Cougar - I like to use these car stamps and I always need cards for the males.

Deconstructed Sketch Challenge #41

AtDeconstructing Jen Deconstructed Sketch this week, which was sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps. I got this sweet Cowboy carrying a saddle from her a week ago, since I don't think you can tell if its a girl or a boy - need horsey stamps for Copper's Scrapbook - and it is just so cute, that I added it with CTMH Sarsaparilla Paper!! I love how it turned out!

Card Positioning Systems 254

The sketch at Card Positioning Systems this week was a great one. I have wanted to use the pink designer paper for something and have been looking at it for a while, so I used it on this card. The cupcake stamp is from a Studio G set and the sentiment is from Impression Obsession. I used CTMH Sweet Leaf and Copic Rose Red for coloring. The pearls are Memory Box Pearl Stickers.
